We've been using Seaside Vacations for more years than I can count! They provide top notch service and incredible property options! We've never been disappointed! This is the 2nd straight year we've stayed in Xanadu III 901. I don't know that we'll ever stay anywhere else! This spacious 3 BR 3 Bath Ocean Front Penthouse has everything we need! Oh yeah, THE VIEW!!! This condo offers a huge deck that is partially covered. Amazing view of the beach and you won't find a better sunrise view ANYWHERE! Looking forward to our return in 2023! Pentnouse life at Zanadu III
Spent the week in Xanadu III 901 with my wife, sisters and brothers-in-law. LOVED the outdoor space and the view from the penthouse. Very comfortable. Each bedroom has it's own bath which is IDEAL. Owners and other renters in the building were friendly and fun to hand out with at the amazing pool. Xanadu III unit 901 Great Views
This is the third year that we have stayed at this condo. Great views and very clean. Nice large bedrooms with 3 full baths! Large family room. Quick walk to the beach! Awesome stay... As usual
We came across Xanadu III 901 several years ago during COVID and have stayed there several times in recent years. Love the location and the unit with all of its amenities. Awesome to work with the Seaside team. I even goofed this Thanksgiving trip and couldn't find our packet, so someone had to come out and help... Even though it was in the box the whole time.
