• Rentals of 90+ days are tax free.
• During the winter months, properties are subject to repairs, maintenance, or construction.  It could be noisy.
• Some property amenities (i.e. water amenities), may not be available during the winter rentals.
• Guests many be subject to background check.
• Mail cannot be accepted at the property where you rent.  Seaside Vacations has an option to pay a minimal fee to receive mail for our winter rental guests.  You may want to rent a mail box with the local post office.
