We are truly looking forward to welcoming you to North Myrtle Beach; our beaches are open and every day is a beautiful day in NMB. While you are here we are asking that you follow all of the recommended guidelines that are in place to ensure you have a safe and healthy vacation. Please wash your hands and avoiding touching your face. Please practice social distancing and use the 6 foot rule on beaches, in parks, etc. Use a mask or face covering in public places when possible. Cover your cough/sneeze.
Providing a clean environment for incoming guests has always been a commitment and priority for Seaside Vacations. With this in mind, we will continue to provide full cleans at each departure and additionally implements further sanitizing/disinfecting processes to decrease risks surround the virus. Surfaces inside properties will be treated (on frequently touched items such as remotes, door knobs, switches, etc) with EPA approved product that kills COVID-19 (following our regular cleaning process). We are also in the process of providing additional deep cleaning in order to prepare for arrivals.
Seaside Vacations is practicing social distancing as well as performing sanitizing/disinfecting processes for our office/staff. We will do our very best to provide a CONTACTLESS check in. You can discuss this option after booking or prior to arrival.
deposit, which constitutes approximately one half of your balance is
for the rental unit and period listed on the front of this
Confirmation/Lease. This deposit will be applied to the total rent. To
receive a refund, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to your
arrival. A $150.00 service and handling charge will apply. If
cancellation is received less than 30 days from arrival you understand
that the deposit will not be refunded unless the rental unit is
re-rented at the same rate for the same period. You further understand
that if the unit is re-rented, your deposit will be refunded less a
$150.00 service and handling charge and the travelers insurance premium
if purchased. If you cancel 30 or more days prior to your arrival date, you will be refunded
100% of the amount paid minus a $150.00 cancellation fee and traveler's
insurance premium paid (if purchased).
