This beautifully appointed two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo on the fourth floor is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Unit 404 features a fully equipped kitchen, oceanfront living area with a sleeper sofa, dining area, washer/dryer, free Internet, and oceanfront balcony offering a fabulous view of the beach. There are three TV's and three DVD's available for your entertainment.
North Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental Xanadu III 404 is a clean, well-maintained unit. The master bedroom has a king bed with a sliding door that opens out onto the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The spacious balcony has an enormous view of the mighty Atlantic Ocean. Xanadu III has wonderful property amenities with on-site parking, elevator, large oceanfront deck for sunbathing, and oceanfront outdoor pool that everyone will enjoy!

Condo 404 was amazing
We enjoyed our stay at condo 404 very much. The sound of the ocean waves, the relaxation we had while there ,sunrises and sunsets . Close to everything. The property was beautifully decorated also! We stay in the same condo each year and absolutely love it, beautifully decorated and everything you need is in the condo. Oceanfront, listening to the waves is just what we need. We had an excellent stay at Xanadu III in unit 404. The unit was was nicely decorated, quite clean, and the kitchen well supplied with appropriate dishes and utensils. Peaceful ocean getaway
Had a wonderful stay at Xanandu. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything I needed. Bathroom pictures were not included but they are very nice! The master bathroom includes a nice walk-in shower and big bathtub! Highly recommend!- Sina B from NC, Posted: 05/03/2021
