Seaside vacation
Very nice vacation. No hassle check in and check out. Our rooms were very nice, clean and well maintained. Will do it again.

Great Vacation!
My family and I had a great 2 weeks. We were running a little late on arrival but staff at Seaside Vacation stayed a little later and welcomed us in good humour. The unit is a little dated but clean. Everything was in working order and the kitchen had all the necessities. Beds were comfortable and clean. The location is great in a relatively quiet area yet not too far of a drive to grocery stores and attractions. The balcony is the best part. Beautiful view, spacious and well furnished. A great place to have breakfast and sip on drinks after a "hard" day at the beach :-) The beach itself can get a little narrow at high tide however this only lasts a couple of hours and did not really cause us any inconveniences. All in all was a great stay and we will be coming back. Thank you Seaside Vacations.

Perfect!
We have been renting through Seaside Vacations for 3 years now, and they are the only company that we will rent from. They are so friendly, and they always care about their rentals and the renters. We were due to arrive on Friday 9/30 when Ian was pounding the coast. Michelle reached out to us several times to update us on the weather and the condition of the property (it was fine).. We really appreciated this personal contact. This is why anyone who rents from them will never be disappointed. We loved the Xanaduu II 203. It was bright, super clean, and the area is beautiful. The unit was perfectly well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the unit is decorated perfectly and we felt at home. The balcony is huge and the view amazing!.. Overall we really loved this unit. Thank you Seaside Vacations, as always, you are the best! We will see you again next year! And, hopefully in 2 years you can help us find a forever home there!

Beautiful
This condo recently updated and very clean. The view from the very large porch is magnificent. There was plenty of chairs and a table that we used daily to eat breakfast at. Second floor but the views were spectacular able to see sunrise and sunset. Quiet unit could not hear anyone else around us, did go off season in Oct so the place was not full I would say less than half capacity. Pool nice but cold not heated. Will say the blinds in the bathroom were broken and unable to lower them properly once raised. Also the outlets need to be replaced the cords from various devices kept falling out and not charging properly. Nice kitchen plenty of appliances and such. No Kerig so bring your own. Whole area is quiet and beautiful lots of walking on beach which is very close and good walkway to get to the beach. Overall excellent stay and would stay here again.

2024 Vacation
This was our 5th or 6th time staying in Xandu 2 in 203 thru Seaside Vacation Rentals. That's how much we enjoy the condo, the area and the ease of scheduling.

Great consistant service.
We love the service and consistant care of the property that Seaside provides each year. For that reason we reserve the same condo every year when we sign out and are assured of a great vacation in site we just love.
