Enjoy your vacation in the ideal setting of a gated community, while being close to all of Myrtle Beach's popular attractions. Unit 214C at Waterway Landing is a first floor (3-step) unit facing the waterway. This condo has 2 bedrooms (3 queen beds) and 2 baths (SLEEPS 6) that provides optimum, unblocked views of the waterway; fishing dock, manicured grounds. There are 2 pools, a hot tub, and biking racks.
The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining. This unit was recently updated with ceramic tile bathrooms, new vinyl flooring in the kitchen and sunroom, new solar blinds, and Wi-Fi. There is a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs in all rooms, and a DVD player in the living area.
The Waterway Landing community is conveniently located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. In less than 5 minutes, you can be on the beach, in a grocery store, or having a meal at several of the popular restaurants. You will enjoy shopping and atmosphere at the new Coastal North Town Center where there is a variety of restaurants, Publix, and several shops to browse around in. Enjoy one of the many entertainment venues and other popular tourists' favorites including Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theater, Broadway at the Beach, The Carolina Opry, and Dolly Parton's famous Pirates Voyage. If you are a golfer, or shagger, you will definitely enjoy a round of golf in the "Golf Capital of the World" or dance at a favorite local bar in the birthplace of the popular "Shag" dance. Don't forget that the gigantic Atlantic will supply you with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets as you walk along the coastal shoreline.
Restrictions: NON SMOKING, NO PETS, NO MOTORCYCLES, NO BOATS, NO GOLF CARTS. Families only. No students/student groups.
Departure clean and linens (sheets, bath towels, washcloths) are included in the total of this rental.

Great location

The Waterway Landing 214C rental was awesome with the beautiful view of the river and the unit was nice and clean. It was quiet and the residents who lived there were very friendly. We enjoyed watching the pontoon boats and jet ski's going down the river or just sitting out on the dock. I will definitely rent this property again. Wonderful
My grandparents had a place at waterway landing when I was a child so I was familiar with the area which why we chose this condo. It's very peaceful and quiet(not over crowded like the huge resorts) and we enjoyed watching the boats on the waterway every morning. Our condo was very clean upon arrival and the beds were super comfortable. We had an issue with the pool card but seaside quickly and professionally went above and beyond to fix that. 214C Waterway Landing
I love this condo on the river where ships, boats, and jet skis pass by all day. But the best part is watching the fish jumping in the water early every morning.
