This 3rd floor condo is steps away from the elevator, faces Ocean Blvd. and sleeps 8. This top floor end unit has wonderful views, lots of charm, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a skylight. This beautiful newly remodeled condo is updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen.
The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, wet bar, and access to the screened balcony facing Ocean Blvd. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs (that extends to seat 6), 4 stools at the kitchen bar, and a window seat. There is a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top, and a Smart TV finished out the 3rd bedroom. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club is a popular vacation rental property that has 2 outdoor pools (one is oceanfront) with large sundecks where you can work on that vacation tan. There are 2 kiddie pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 lighted tennis courts, and a charcoal grill. Beach access is just 200 steps from the condo where there is the oceanfront pool. There is another pool downstairs from this condo. Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club has parking under the building. This rental comes with 2 unassigned parking spaces. Motorcycles and golf carts are not allowed by guests. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking condo. There is a minimum age of 25 to rent. Families only. No student groups.
