Xanadu III 201 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condominium located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This 2nd floor condo offers a clean, relaxing environment with all the comforts of home. This condo has a master bedroom with a king bed, television, and an attached full master bath with a whirlpool tub and shower. The second bedroom of this North Myrtle Beach vacation rental has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV. The second bathroom is accessible from the hallway only.
Xanadu III unit 201 has a fully equipped kitchen with all of your cooking needs. There is a comfortable dining area and an oceanfront living room with plenty of seating for relaxing with your family. The large oceanfront balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. A washer and dryer and WIFI are available for your convenience.
The Xanadu III property includes an expansive sun deck with an abundance of seating and beautiful landscaping. A glimmering 8 foot deep pool is oceanfront and offers fun for the whole family. This North Myrtle Beach property has both onsite parking and overflow parking across the street. The convenient location is an attractive feature as it is walking distance to Main Street where there are restaurants, shops, nightlife, and oceanfront amusements at the OD Pavilion. All other area attractions, popular golf courses, fabulous dining and shopping experiences, and amusements are a very short drive from Xanadu III. Spend the day at Broadway at the Beach or wall along the boardwalk in Myrtle Beach. Barefoot Landing is always a favorite among visitors as there are plenty of great restaurants, unique shops, and live entertainment venues. Great place to stay
Love the building and love this condo! Staff at Seaside are the very best! If you need anything they are quick to answer. Great Condo and Seaside is Great Too!!
We have been using Seaside for the last 3-4 years. Great business. Properties are clean when you enter and the best thing is, they text you when your property is ready! No need to keep checking or ever a need to go to the office to see if your property is ready. Unit 201 is a very nice condo. It was updated a few years ago and has been maintained. The building is smaller, so the beach is not as crowded as the bigger properties. It's a great location with Main St. a short walk away. Great amenities. From the moment we checked in at Seaside Vacations we had a great time. Our unit was just as described in fact the photos did not do it justice. XANADU III 201 Great Stay!
Place was great! New carpet, lots of dishes and utensils. Place was clean! Only recommendation is to have cleaning staff occasionally sweep and mop balcony. But the place was clean! Staff at Seaside was great and friendly. You never have to check when your place is ready, they text you!! Thats a great service. Good Stay
The Xanadu III property is in a very convenient section of NMB. Unit 201 was clean and had everything needed. Also enjoyed being on the second floor - high enough for good views but not too high.
