Tobacco Road is a well maintained original beach house with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths located on the channel at 50th Avenue North in North Myrtle Beach. This channel home (with stunning views of the beautiful marsh and channel) is in the popular section of North Myrtle Beach called Cherry Grove, where families enjoy spending a peaceful and relaxing vacation while making lasting memories of the sunrise and sunset over the spectacular Atlantic ocean.

Tobacco Road comfortably sleeps 9. This house is not on ground level but on stilts. You must walk up steps to enter this home. On the main floor is a large porch with furniture that faces the street. When entering the home, the open floor plan has the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The living area has comfortable seating and a TV. The dining area has a table that seats 6 and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has all appliances necessary to prepare your favorite vacation meal. The kitchen opens onto a deck that overlooks the channel; the perfect place to relax after a meal! The huge deck has lots of room for admiring the gorgeous views of the marsh and channel. Also on this floor are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and TV. The other has a queen bed and TV. There is a bathroom in the hallway with a tub and shower combination.

Upstairs are the other 3 bedrooms. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, TV, access to the deck on this level of the house, and a private bath with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, access to the deck, and a private bath with a tub and shower combination. A small bedroom with a twin bed completes this top level of the house.

On the ground level is an outdoor shower with dressing area, the laundry room with a washer and dryer, a charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and more incredible views of the channel.

Enjoy your favorite morning beverage or evening drink on the decks while enjoying the peace and serenity of the views of the marshes and the channel. Within walking distance is the beach. Bask in the warm Carolina sun and enjoy some of the widest and most enjoyable beaches on the east coast as you stroll along the shoreline searching for that perfect seashell that has washed up on shore. You could walk for miles! Whether you want to ride the waves, sunbathe, take a nap, or get some sand between your toes; no shirt, no shoes, no problem!

After a day in paradise, the fun does not end. When the sun goes down, there is plenty to do! If you want a great meal, you are at the right place! Known for our seafood, you will have to try one of fabulous restaurants. From fine dining to a quick meal, you will find it in North Myrtle Beach. Live entertainment, or a place to dance the night away, can be found on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. From one end of Main Street to the other, enjoy the many unique shops to pick up some vacation souvenirs. Main Street has many restaurants and places to enjoy some great food and an ice cream treat! The Greg Rowles Legacy Theater is a new entertainment venue that has become the talk of the town and favorite for locals and vacationers! Located on Main Street, check out this venue for all ages. Hosted by the Star Search winner himself, Greg Rowles, and a group of very talented and fun local entertainers will not disappoint!

If you are looking for a little more intense golf there are several golf courses on the Grand Strand where you can call and set up a tee time. Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Alabama Theater, Pirates Voyage, and the Carolina Opry are just a few tourists' favorites located along the Grand Strand and just a short drive away from Tobacco Road. There is so much for your family to enjoy in North Myrtle Beach. This vacation will be a real hit with your family!

Pets are not allowed on this property. Motorcycles are not allowed. Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside of the house. Golf carts are allowed.

4 parking passes are provided. This is a family oriented rental. No students or student groups please. The minimum age requirement is 25 to rent. You must be at least 25 to check-in.

Departure clean and linens (bath towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillows, pillow cases, and bedding) are included in the total of your rental. Bring your own beach towels.

This family rental property is located in a quiet, residential community. Groups or house parties are NOT allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced. Any violation will result in eviction.
