1405 Mar Vista
We absolutely loved the facilities and the condo. The only thing that could have been better was that the floor was not cleaned and needed to be mopped when we arrived. Also, it would be helpful to have more bed linens and comforters. Not enough blankets.- Kim C from Greensboro, Posted: 06/29/2021

This was a first time staying at the MarVista. The complex is so clean and everyone is so nice. The unit was very nice. It needs new pans as all the skillets could not be used due to the teflon pealing off the pans. The beds were a little hard,but everything else was very nice. We will be looking to stay in MarVista again next year as well. Overall the family enjoyed the week and the unit. Great place, great price
Love this condo! Have been coming to Mar Vista for 10+ years. Clean unit. Beds were comfortable. LOVE the ice maker (preventing running to the store for ice multiple times that week.) All pools were open and some lounge chairs were out. Counting heads in and out to avoid crowding, but never had an issue getting in. Masks required in doors. Only same family in elevators. The Entire Building was great!
Perfect getaway for the girls! Outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tub, indoor kitty, pool, outdoor lazy river. All while looking at the ocean front from our large balcony.
