Crescent Towers I 201 is a vacation rental located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Unit 201 is a 3 bedroom/3 bath end unit that comfortably sleeps 8. This vacation rental has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a television in each bedroom. The living area has a 55" TV and DVD player. This condo comes with basic cable, WIFI, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Crescent Towers I has elevators, an outdoor pool, charcoal grill, and on-site parking. Motorcycles are not allowed on the property at Crescent Towers I. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking condo. Families only. No students/student groups.
Conveniently located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, you are just minutes away from some of the best restaurants and shopping venues found on the Grand Strand. You can spend an entire day browsing at the popular Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Don't forget to pick up a favorite vacation souvenir at one of the many unique shopping venues. Expect to find several restaurants of all kinds to choose from. Kids will love playing miniature golf at one of the several courses along the Grand Strand as well as visiting Alligator Adventure, Ripley's Aquarium, Wonder Works, Grand Prix, and Pirates Voyage, just to name a few. Adults will enjoy the nightlife while enjoying a favorite beverage and listening to some of the best beach music around. During the summer months, enjoy the Ocean Drive Pavilion in North Myrtle Beach and the Family Kingdom Amusement Park in Myrtle Beach. Parasailing, dolphin watching, deep sea fishing, and fishing from the pier are also some popular water activities available in North Myrtle Beach. Crescent Towers 1 condo 201
We love this condo! It is a well taken care of and is kept up-to-date by its owner. It sleeps 6 people comfortably and comes with a well stocked kitchen. Family Vacation
We have stayed it this same location many times in the past. Due to Covid we have missed several years. It was wonderful to be back “home” at our beach resort. We love the location, the place checks off all of our boxes. We just enjoy the beach and appreciate that it is low key. Nothing fancy, but everything we need. Best on the Beach
This place, as they say on HGTV, checks off all of our boxes. We have stayed in this same location the past 4 years. The reason is that it fits us perfectly. Our son, daughter-in-law, 3 grands and ourselves feel like this is our summer home. I'm only leary to say how wonderful this place is so that I don't loose my spot. I also can not say enought about Seaside Vacations. We have used several in the area, and others in different areas and I so appreciate the friendly staff. We have only had small issues and they were always quickly addressed. In this year of Covid-19 I also appreciate the policies put in place to keep all of us safe. Perfect vaca
This was our first try Up to North Myrtle Beach and we could not be any happier with our vacation. The condo was super clean and spacious with a wonderful beachfront view! The only thing we would suggest is that the beds are upgraded as they are bit older. Christmas at Crescent
My three grown children and I spent Christmasl 2022 at Crescent Towers 1 after the loss of my husband. While we were having a quiet time alone, the unit was a perfect getaway for us to relax. There were no hass;les in booking, picking up our keys after hours, or complaints in the unit. It was clean, welcoming, and a beautiful atmosphere. Did not Disappoint!
This was our first time staying in this unit for a ladies' getaway week. Unit is just as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. Liked that there were beach chairs in the patio closet for our use. Great family place
We enjoyed our stay. The first day we were there the AC didn’t seem to be cooling very well. We called the office and they sent someone over immediately.
