Cottages at Pearl Beach Suite A is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage that sleeps 6. This recently renovated vacation rental has a living area with a 55" TV, a dining area, a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, free WiFi, and free parking. The kitchen is supplied with all of your appliances (standard coffee maker), pots, pans, plates, utensils necessary to prepare your favorite meal. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and bath with a shower stall. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds and a TV. The side door of this rental opens to a patio with table, chairs, and a charcoal grill. The lamps in the bedrooms have charging ports for your convenience.
Suite A is pet friendly (1 dog with maximum weight of 35 lbs.). There is a non-refundable $100.00 pet fee and a refundable $250.00 pet deposit. Golf cart rentals are allowed on this property. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed. Smoking is not allowed. This is a family oriented property. Family rentals only. No students or student groups. The minimum age to rent is 25. There are outside security cameras on this property. NO VEHICLES OVER 5 TONS.

These homes can be rented individually or together. This is the perfect set-up for family groups and friends who want to be together but may need a little privacy. The Cottages at Pearl Beach are conveniently located close to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage, The Carolina Opry, The Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, are just a few tourists' favorites that are a few minutes drive away. The beautiful Atlantic Ocean and easy walk to the convenient beach access is only 320 yards from The Cottages at Pearl Beach. You can see the ocean from the entry road to these unique homes. If you are tired of the high rise rentals with crowded beaches, this is the perfect area for you. There are several homes in this area, no high rises or crowds. Golf cart rentals are allowed with these rentals. Load up your golf cart (or vehicle) and head down to the beach (parking is free). Banana Boat rentals is at this beach access so enjoy the view of the ocean while parasailing in the big blue Carolina sky!
