Lovely time by the beach
Really enjoyed the stay - you're right by the beach and have an excellent view of the ocean, along with the ability to get from the condo to the beach in absolutely no time. The area we were at was quiet and felt very safe, and we were still within a ~5 minute drive of grocery stores and restaurants. Hope to be back soon!

Summer Vacation 2024
We loved the room, location and the staff was so easy to communicate with. We are planning on returning next year and trying to get the same room...We love this condo and North Mrytle Beach - love that we can walk to stores and especially Mr. G's.

Fantastic beach getaway, fantastic condo
Had the pleasure to spend time at this amazing beachfront condo for my girlfriend’s birthday alongside another couple. The views from the apartment are fantastic, the property is spacious, the kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials and there are so many sources of entertainment a stone’s throw away and easily walkable. Can’t recommend This property enough and looking forward to having another opportunity to go again. Thank you!

Beach Gem
This property is just right. The ease of walking to restaurants, bars, & stores is great, with many easy access points if you want to explore north or south of N Myrtle. The corner of the building on the first floor, easy elevator, ample parking just make it too nice. The ease of being on the beach in 30 seconds is simply the best. We woke to the sound of the Atlantic and gulls overhead, with a cup of coffee (go to...Charleston Coffee Roasters Signature Blend) on the deck. Perfect place to relax, celebrate family, friends and blessings. The amenities are great, with a new remodel that boasts a better brand of quality than you find in most places at the beach. Highly recommended and have already booked our time for 2021.

Great place to relax
My family of 5 stayed in this adorable condo conveniently situated between the beach and all the fun. If you want quiet, you will love it, if you want fun, well, this will work for you too. Full kitchen, great views, and newly remodeled. Hope to make this a yearly tradition for my family.

Cute Condo
My family of 4 (husband and 2 teenage daughters) stayed a week in this adorable condo. Fantastic location, great views, and clean condo. It is a smaller place than we typically stay in however it was a good size for the 4 of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything however pretty small. It felt like more of a "kitchenette" in a hotel. If you are not planning on cooking much, it will do just fine. There is no counter space. We made simple meals for breakfast and even that was challenging at times. Having to move appliances such as toaster oven and coffee maker in order to use counter space was a bit inconvenient. I wouldn't have been able to make dinners for the 4 of us. Overall all we had a fantastic stay!

107 has been in the family since 1986. My sister has acquired the unit and has put a lot of time and effort into upgrading the living areas and bedrooms. The best upgrades are: 1) king sized bed master bedroom. Its worth the bit of lost space laying on that large bed with the sun streaming into the room and the large view of the ocean. 2) The attention to technology - there are USB ports beside the beds, in the end table between the recliner and couch plus several in the wall outlets. Plenty of areas to USB charge your hardware. I will attach photos. 3) 2 new recliners 4) Awesome Large Screen TV with media capabilities 5) Great lighting above the master bed 6) Nice quality shower massages in each bath room 7) I like the tile flooring - very easy clean up 8) New paint throughout with colors that are pleasing to the eye but yet beachy 9) I know they are constantly upgrading - so look for more changes having been done

Great Beachfront condo in the heart of North Myrtle
We recently stayed at this beautifully updated 2 bedroom Beachfront condo in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. Very close to Main Street with lots of restaurant and entertainment options for adults and kids. Great golf courses nearby as well. We loved being just steps from the beach and spending the evenings looking at the ocean from the balcony. We can’t wait to go back this summer.

Renter
My greatest pleasure was sitting on the balcony in those large, Adirondack chairs soaking up the sun. Early morning sunrise views are awesome, The unit was furnished with a lot of different items in the kitchen for creating sumptuous meals, Easy to clean tile floors . We did have an issue with the dish washer but that was repaired promptly by a very knowledgeable and nice technician who is on call for the whole complex. The whole exterior of the building had been recently painted and there was a lot of attention paid to details. Some of the interior stairwells and hand rails also had new paint. We needed help with logging onto the tv and the homeowner was very gracious in answering my questions. We will be back!

Perfect OceanFront 2 Bedroom Condo
If you are from Indiana like me you will truly appreciate this OceanFront cute little lower level Condo. Everything is clean and functional and an overall great value for the price. Location is fantastic as so close to the beach and short driving distance to everything else. When I wasn't enjoying the beach I was enjoying the beach view from the balcony. This is not a Ritz Carlton (Fancy) place but quite adequate for my needs (I'm 84!!) I look forward to my next visit and an end to this crazy pandemic. Donna Jean

Perfect weekend getaway and walking distance to the beach
What a cute and family friendly weekend getaway. This space was perfect for me and my family, it’s on the corner and walking distance to the beach! Easy access by elevator or one flight of stairs and with a pool and hotub right downstairs. Ill be back. Plenty of kitchen space too so I’ll plan to go for a whole week next time. We did a family movie night after a Long Beach day and felt so comfortable and safe as we relaxed. 5 stars all the way. Zero issues.

Outstanding Beach Vacation
Our family of 6 recently enjoyed a week at Carolina Reef 107 and couldn't be more pleased with our stay! This was our first time vacationing in South Carolina and we feel that the place we chose without really knowing the area was a true gem! The entire process going through Seaside Vacations was very smooth and I had excellent communication with April prior to our visit who promptly answered any questions we had. Our check in time was orginally in the late afternoon, however I received a text that our condo was available for us at 11am! The building is probably not the most modern, but is right on the beach with very easy parking, a nice pool area, BBQ area and also luggage carts/shopping carts that really came in handy! #107 is on the first floor above the parking garage and is an end unit with balcony and windows facing the beach. We found the condo in clean condition with everything we needed and cute/beachy decor. The building was quiet and it was lovely listening to the crashing waves at night! We had plenty of space for our group (3 adults and 3 preteen/teens). We loved how it was just a quick walk out to the sand and how we felt comfortable with our teens having a bit of independence going back and forth to the condo by themselves while we were still on the beach - since they could still see us from the balcony. This stretch of Crescent Beach turned out to be perfect for us. Much less crowded than the Maryland/Delaware beaches we were used to. Most times there was a good 20 ft or more between us and the next people on the beach. There are plenty of stores/restaurants a short drive away including a Walmart, Aldi's, Dollar Tree, Kroger all within minutes of the condo. Main St is nearby that has nice boutiques, live music, bars, restaurants and beach shops. We were all literally so happy with our location/condo/beach that we never even traveled down into Myrtle Beach/Hollywood at the Beach or other touristy areas like that. We were perfectly content right where we were for the whole week. We were all so sad to leave when it was time to pack up and go home! This will definietly be our new go to condo for our beach vacations. Yes, there are other buildings with more amenities etc in the area, but if you're main focus is spending time on the beach, relaxing on a peaceful balcony and having a cute/cozy, comfortable place to stay, this place might be right for you!

Amazing view, and close to all the hotspots
It’s on the second floor (which is the lowest floor for rooms). It is super easy to get to the room so it made it easy for me to carry all my bags up! Literally on the beach, walk less than 20ft and your there. Honestly one of the best parts to me was the hot tub with the jets. Overall great place with a sweet view. Also it was like a 5 min drive to all the great spots! Would definitely recommend and will be returning this summer!

Excellent beach views
A few friends and I recently stayed in this lovely condo for a long weekend. We felt right at home! The beach views from the master bedroom and the balcony are incredible - we enjoyed stargazing by night and bathing in the warm morning sun by morning. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Only steps from the beach and within walking distance to nearby restaurants, the location was ideal yet peaceful. Our only regret is that we were not able to stay longer. We'll definitely be coming back!

Thank you!! Great location, great amenities, amazing view.
My husband and I had a good experience at this property. It’s right on the beach, and even in the first floor and ocean side corner of the building, so we really couldn’t be closer to the water. The balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sun rise. The kitchen was small but well stocked. The large smart TV in the living room was great for watching movies, and both bedrooms have their own TV as well. Nice touch! Thank you, Phil and Sherry, for being so accommodating! We will be recommending your rental location to our friends.
