Mar Vista Grande 1102 is a beautifully and professionally decorated condo with new granite kitchen counter tops. Unit 1102 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo with an OCEAN VIEW (from the side looking north). There is a king bed in the master bedroom with balcony access, TV, and a master bath. The master bath has a jetted tub and shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, TV, and a private bath with a tub and shower combo. The third bedroom features 2 queen beds and TV. The 3rd bathroom is across the hall and has a tub and shower combo. This North Myrtle Beach elegant vacation rental is on the 11th floor and comfortable sleeps 10.
Unit 1102 has a full kitchen supplied with all of the appliances and kitchenware necessary to prepare your favorite meal. There is a washer/dryer, WIFI, 4 TVs, cable TV, a DVD player, and VCR. 2 parking spaces are allowed.
Mar Vista Grande has great amenities for the entire family to enjoy. There is an in indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and Jacuzzi. Grab an inner tube and float away to scenic luxury in the lazy river. Also at Mar Vista is a seasonal tiki pool bar! Mar Vista Grande is located in the center of convenience with shopping, dining, beach clubs and live theater all placed just around the corner from this North Myrtle Beach vacation rental. Amazing
This was my first stay at Mar Vista and it was amazing. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The reservation process was easy and I have zero complaints with Seaside Vacations. The condo was clean and very spacious; plenty of room for 10. I love the gated parking lot and all access points require a code. The entire building is kept spotless. The elevators were always available and fast with plenty of luggage carts available. The pools were a perfect reprieve from the heat and the poolside tiki bars menu was plentiful. Great property!
First a shout out to the friendly staff at Seaside. The condos and properties they offer I think are a step above.. We have never experienced walking into a dirty unit. Everything is spotless year after year. We loved stating at the Mar Vista. For years we have stayed at the Ashworth and love that location but the Mar Vista we really like. My husband and grandson are in wheelchairs and the Mar Vista was very handicap friendly from the large hallways, doorways and balconies to the pool area, We used the tiki bar too during our stay.. Rose was very friendly and great at her job along with the others too. Food served was homemade and very good, grandson loved the chicken street tacos! This property is spotless. I keep my home this way and enjoy having the same when on vacation.. There was always a crew cleaning the halls, elevators and the pool areas.. Security is present and reassuring. Thanksgiving 2021
We discovered Seaside Vacations several years ago when we decided we wanted to find new vacation rentals in North Myrtle instead of Myrtle. I believe we have now booked 3-4 times with them, mostly at a different property which was booked this time. Mar Vista Grande 1102 did not disappoint and will definitely be a contender for future stays. Great location, easy access and tons of space for a big group.
