Verandas 701 is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Verandas 701 is on the 7th floor of this 11 floor concrete and steel complex. This stunning and fresh oceanfront rental comfortably sleeps 10. The master bedroom is suited with a king bed and a garden tub and shower stall in the master bath. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed. Each bedroom has a television. The spacious and beautifully decorated living area has a television and features a large balcony with a fantastic oceanfront view of the Atlantic Ocean. This will surely be the perfect spot to watch an amazing sunrise while sipping on your favorite morning beverage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessities (and a Keurig coffee maker) for preparing meals for your family. This condo also has a dining areas, a washer/dryer, and WIFI. Verandas is conveniently located on Ocean Boulevard and is only a short walk to Main Street (5 blocks) where nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and good times can be found. Grocery stores are also within a short distance of your vacation rental in North Myrtle Beach.
Verandas is a family oriented rental property with an outdoor pool, lazy river, and jacuzzi. Verandas does not allow pets or motorcycles and is a non-smoking property. Student groups are not allowed; families only. There is an on-site parking garage with free parking. Vehicle height capacity in parking garage is 7'2".
Verandas 701 has an easy access to the beach for that anticipated walk along the shoreline while feeling that great Carolina sunshine. Parasail, fish, bask in the sun, build sand castles, or simply relax and feel the sand between your toes. Family fun is waiting for you!
