This elegant and spacious home is a very short walk to the beach with beach and marsh views. This luxurious rental features a loop-style brick driveway, providing plenty of parking space for guests and boat and trailer parking. This home has an in-ground fenced in pool with large pave stone decking, pool furniture, and lovely landscaping including palmetto trees. There is a pool house featuring a sink, microwave, refrigerator, and bathroom. This home also features a convenient park grill for charcoal barbeques. This spacious rental has an open floor plan and high ceilings which fill the living area with natural light. The living area also has a built-in wet bar. The huge kitchen features a bay window, granite countertops with island and breakfast bar and easy access to the formal and informal dining areas which provide adequate seating for all guests. The kitchen is complete with all appliances, Keurig coffee maker, blender, cookware, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, to prepare your favorite meals. This 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath extraordinary home comfortably sleeps 16.

On the top floor is the master bedroom suite with a king bed and private balcony access. This spacious and comfy suite has an enormous walk-in closet and en-suite bath featuring its own private sauna along with a large double walk-in steam shower and whirlpool tub. There are two other bedrooms on the top floor, each with a queen bed and double/twin bunk, private bath with tub and shower combination and walk-in closet. On the main floor are the 4th and 5th bedrooms. The 4th bedroom has been converted into an office and also has a twin bunk. The 5th bedroom has a king bed and private bath with a walk-in shower. There are 2 folding cots available in this bedroom if needed. Outdoor furniture adorns the balconies inviting you to relax while taking in the warm Carolina sunshine and listening to the many sounds of the ocean and nature.

The garage will be open on all sides and provide covered parking for boats, trailers, and motorcycles. Even an RV can be parked inside this area with hook up available. If you are interested in bringing your boat, there is a public ramp just a few blocks away at 53rd Avenue North. The garage will also have an entertainment area with a pool table, cornhole boards, and 2 tandem kayaks equipped with life jackets and paddles. There is a full bath with a stand-up shower stall in the pool room. Completing this North Myrtle Beach rental is an elevator accessible from the garage area, the 2nd, and 3rd floor, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, free WiFi, Smart TVs with streaming only, and an HVAC system.

Palmetto Sunset is a family oriented rental. No students or student groups please. The minimum age to rent is 25. Motorcycles, RVs, golf carts, and trailers are allowed. We ask that there is no smoking on the property, inside or outside.

Departure clean and linens (sheets, towels, washcloths, pillows) are included in the total of this rental.

This family rental property is located in a quiet, residential community. Groups or house parties are NOT allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced. Any violation will result in eviction.
